Ashes Of Angels collects your data so that we can:

Create and manage your account, your game activities and any password resets you request
Provide email alerts for certain game actions. You can opt in/out of these at any time in My Options in-game

Ashes Of Angels does not share your data with any other companies.

How do we store your data?

Ashes Of Angels securely stores your data on our database server at our data center. All sensitive data is encrypted, and access to the server is restricted to authorised staff members.

Ashes Of Angels will keep the email address and IP address associated with your user account whilst you play the game and for 1 year after your account is deactivated. Accounts deactivate after 60 days of no user interaction. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by permanently deleting your user account and all related data from the database.

Marketing

Ashes Of Angels does not use any of your data for marketing purposes.
