2010-05-24 - Missions to restricted planets + Smuggling

Forgot to mention three other recent changes to mission items.

1) Missions can now be taken to the restricted planets. Don't forget that you need to have been granted access to the planet before you try to dock there

2) Smuggling missions. The items for smuggling missions now get randomly changed every week.

3) Smuggling missions are now possible to planets outside of Sol and Alpha Centauri (was previously limited to just those two systems)
