Changes have also been made to the various NPC's in the game, ie the police, military, assassination targets, NPC traders etc.

Most importantly for those who like shooting, the NPC's have had their targeting and combat logic upgraded, so that they will behave more like another player might. This includes a number of things, for example they might chose to fire all their shots within a few seconds, much like you would, rather than spread them out over the hour like they used to. They might also actively follow you for a few hours if you shoot at them.

NPC traders can now dock at the restricted planets, so trading with your facilities on those planets might improve as the NPC traders can visit them now.
