2007-08-13 - Funds available indicator

Well you all wanted it so now its here.

Funds available information has been added to the stock search feature of the game.

It only applies to items that factories, farms or mining outposts buy, and works as follows.

If no stock is required, nothing is printed in the amount column

a white amount means zero funds are available
a red amount means 0-30% of stock demand can be paid for
an orange/yellow amount means 30-80% of stock demand can be paid for
a green amount means 80-100% of stock demand can be paid for
