2007-08-11 - Mining Outposts released!

Today marks the release of newly developed Mining Outposts. Mining outposts are designed to support factories and they mine resources that were previously hard to come by. Mining Outposts can produce the following items: uncut gemstones, tetracide blocks, titanium, iron ore, radioactives, coal, hydrogen, minerals, water and oxygen.

These are available on all planets and mine resources for use in factories and farms and for sale to planet markets.

Mines require explosive detonators and/or mining equipment to work.
