2007-03-14 - Apologies for the down time

Hi,

Apologies to everyone for the downtime over the past few days, the server was taken offline by a maintenance crew who were doing some power upgrades. The box should have come back online by itself but had some disk problems which needed manual intervention. Unfortunately I've been off work sick the past 2 days and wasn't able to get the box working, but a friend did it for me over night last night, since then I've been bringing the services back up slowly. Hopefully everything is working now. But if not please let me know.

And as an aside the blog is offline as I need to patch it as it's running a vulnerable version of wordpress, which I ahvent' got around to doing yet, but hope too very soon.
