2007-02-15 - New features voting

I've added voting capabilities to the new feature page of the portal. You need to be logged in to use it and see the options. Basically

1: Each account has 10 votes
2; Feature with the highest votes goes to the top
3: When I've time to implement something new I'll work from the top down
4: The plus gin (+) lets you add a vote
5; The minus sign (-) lets you remove a vote, in case you change your mind :)
6: Once a feature is done and removed from the list, you'll get any votes back that you had against that item, and can use them again to vote for something else.

So you guys now get to decide what I work on first. Have fun!
