2016-05-27 - Another minor score update

With Viper's assistance we've recently uncovered a small issue with the scoring code change from a couple of weeks ago, where it wasn't always counting facility safes and cargo correctly when they were exactly the same amounts. I've just made the required changes to fix the issues, so if your score has suddenly changed by an unexpected amount, that is the reason. I think two players swapped places on the rankings but apart from that, it is now correctly doing the scores
