2016-03-06 - Integrated Markets and Facilities

Hi

Markets and Facilities are now integrated into a single layout making it much easier to trade between the two.

Also added a couple of new charts onto the My Stats page. First is Navy rank which will also show the next rank when you get close enough to it, and the second is Facilities owned. this will track your facility ownership over time, but I only started tracking the data yesterday, so there isn't any record of any you owned before that time.

Worked out a way to do facilities to the dawn of time (handy date_created field in the facility db table). Warehouses though aren't time stamped so its all or nothing with those
